Ages: 45.4, 37.5, 5.11, and 3.5 years old.
Favorite colour: He: I don't know! Me: I have one everlasting colour that makes me happy: pink, and I feel happy surrounded by classics like a good beige. Romeo has an affinity for orange. Persia is purple and pink all the way.
Gold or Silver: He: Gold. Me: Gold. Romeo and Persia tend to like plastic. Mostly made in China.
Pets: We: Two goldfish. TinTin and Strawberry Shortcake. TinTin sports a permanent injury on his forehead from when Romeo slammed his bedroom door out of frustration and something crashed off the wall and right onto TinTin's head, he still survives! And Romeo remembers not to slam doors. Score!
Chores that we hate: He: would be, wait for it, ...all chores! Me: Cooking meals! I have a love/hate relationship with eating meals, which translates to their prep as well. I love coffee and cake though! Romeo and Persia appear to dislike tidying up! Not sure why that is. Apparently I really love tidying up as I seem to spend an inordinate amount of my day doing so...funny that it isn't my mess I'm tidying though!!
Book Size: He: Not a book fan! Me: I adore all books. However, I prefer hardbacks for the way they sit straight on the shelf. But, I like to read paperbacks as they are easier to hold in one hand, though they can sag so perhaps hardback books are my fav really! Romeo is an exceptional reader and he reads for the story, or what it visually looks like it might be about. Persia just reads. Everything. Often.
Essential start to your day: He: Black tea with a gazillion sugars (okay, about 5 sugars!). Me: A shower. Then coffee, a caramel latte to be precise. Romeo and Persia prefer television and anything to eat that isn't breakfast food (can we just have a snack before breakfast starts, Mama?).

Pet Peeves: He: is tolerant, though apparently EVERYTHING I do is annoying! Me: Bad manners. Messy, disorganised, chaotic. People who are late or change plans without a care for others. Romeo and Persia seem to both dislike the word "no"! Go figure.

X-Rays you’ve had: He: No idea! Me: Elbow, foot, teeth. Romeo has had hand (fractured knuckles - yeah he did!), chest, leg, and though he wasn't x-rayed an ultrasound revealed a fractured skull upon delivery. Persia has had hip x-rays for being a breach baby.
Yummy food that you make: He: hahaha, but if he bothered bbq! Me: Lemon sour cream cake, most baking is good! Meals are more questionable! Romeo and Persia almost always help and so everything we bake is made with love and attention and dedication! Hard not to be yummy after all that loving!
Zoo animal: He: No idea! Me: Orangutans! Romeo, I am not sure about currently! Persia would probably say all of them as she is animal M.A.D. (and that's not your ordinary "my kid really, crazy, likes animals" mad but the mad that you never ever experience or see until you meet a child like Persia).
Time you wake up: He: Not nearly enough, or early enough! Me: 5am. Romeo wakes at around 9am and Persia around 9.30am. I love the school summer holidays!
Siblings: He: 2 brothers and a sister. Me: Once upon a time there was me; then my parents separated and decided to make more with other people! 6 siblings. Romeo has a sister. Persia has a brother. (surprise!).
Right or Left handed: Right. Right. Right. oh, and right, again.
Oldest living relative: My grandmother is 91! She had 7 children and my grandfather died young so she raised them all basically on her own. She is the family matriarch. Romeo and Persia's Great-grandmother (obviously) (see former statement).
Nicknames: He: Hon (and other things not to his face!). Me: Hon and Tany Loulabel. Romeo is Roro and Bob (don't ask why). Pershi is Pershi rabbit and Pershi poodles and Bob (don't ask why).
Milk: He: Loves. Me: It's horrible on its own, though I love it in my latte! Romeo hates it with a passion though is friendly with it on his cereal. Persia loves milk in any way shape or fresh (or uht) form!
Kids: He: Two that I know of! Me: I think it's a little late to say no! So let's be honest and say I have two (that I know of!).
Job Title: He: Sir always busy! Me: I'm self-employed as an Editor! Romeo and Persia are still unemployed. Again, I think this is an age thing!
Instruments you play: He: Nothing major! Me: I am still in two minds about learning piano. Romeo and Persia both feel confident with acoustics. My ears beg to differ.
Vegetable you hate: We: Pretty happy with all vegetables, though swedes are questionable. Romeo dislikes most vegetables. Persia loves most vegetables. Of course!
Height: He: 6'. Me: 5'7" and 3/4 that last part is very important to me. The other two are short; but that might have to do with their ages?
