A Lazy Sunday and Woman Flu

I think I might be rather unwell...though I'm not sure nor am I interested in pandering to the possibility!
If I was a man, I might at the very least have been in bed all day and at the very most booked into a tiny cubicle at the local hospital should the flu decide to kill me!

As it happens, I am not a man! Yay!

So (instead of being a man dying of the flu), I have spent the day baking a double batch of delicious chocolate m & m cookies and a lemon sour cream cake recipe which I made into cupcakes for today and school and kindy lunchboxes during the week. 

I have also done two loads of washing and have dried it. I have taken care of and fed my family and have played with the children too. I have cleaned, tidied, and cleaned and tidied again (and again). I haven't vacuumed (because that's better done at the end of the day) and I did dry the clothes in the dryer (because it was raining out!). A typical day in the life of a mother with the flu :)

The day has been a lazy Sunday and a happy one (minus the flu symptoms!). I captured some lazy play for posterity.
